In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

To register an Account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. kim777 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21+ and will not knowingly allow persons under 21 to open or operate an Account. Age verification may be requested at any time.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

The Company is obligated under international anti-money-laundering regulations to verify the identity of its Members. You may be required to submit identity verification documents at any point during your membership, including but not limited to:

• A government-issued photo identification document (national identity card / KTP, passport, or driver's license);
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., bank account statement confirming the BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri account belongs to you);
• Source-of-funds documentation for high-value transactions.

The Company reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension. All submitted documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Members may request a withdrawal of their available balance (excluding unsettled bonus funds) at any time. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to bank accounts or e-wallets registered in the Member's own legal name and previously used for a deposit on this Platform.

Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000. Maximum withdrawal per transaction: Rp 100.000.000 (higher limits for KYC-verified VIP members).

The Company targets a withdrawal processing time of under five (5) minutes for verified accounts during standard banking hours. Processing times outside banking hours or on public holidays may be longer. • Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated on each promotion's individual terms page.
• One Bonus at a Time: Members may not hold more than one active bonus concurrently unless explicitly permitted by the current promotion's terms.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only confirmed once the Platform has issued a unique bet reference number and the stake has been deducted from the Member's available balance. Bets displayed in the bet slip but not yet confirmed do not constitute an accepted wager.
• Odds Fluctuation: Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at time of confirmation are the final odds applicable to the wager.

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of registration, KYC, or ongoing use;
• Using the Platform for any money-laundering, terrorist financing, or other illicit financial activity;
